UPCOMING ROAD SHOWS
The Mass. Memories Road Show is headed down the Cape to Truro! Join us at theTruro Public Library on Saturday, August 15 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and share your photos and memories of family reunions, holiday vacations and long lazy summers on the beaches of Cape Cod.
Current, former and seasonal residents of Truro are especially encouraged to attend.
Want to participate? Bring two or three photos that represent you, your family or your connection to Truro. (They can be old or new; formal or snapshots.) We will scan the photos and immediately return them to you. We will ask you to share a 3-4 minute story about your photographs on camera and take a “keepsake photo” to document your participation in the event.
ALSO: Applications now available for fall 2009 Road Shows. Contact the Massachusetts Studies Project for details. |
